Texas Hummus (Hummus bi Golly)
Other Texas hummus recipes simply substitute black-eyed peas for chickpeas, while leaving in exotic ingredients like tahini. I wanted a truly regional recipe, something that could be made with ingredients from Food Lion.

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. Serve with corn chips. *I use grapeseed oil mayonnaise.
